About Mehdi SAYFFI

Mehdi Sayffi began his career in sales and marketing with a publishing company in the early 1980’s, and in just one short year he achieved a managerial position as the Ontario Sales Manager. With aspirations to continue to grow and utilize his leadership skills, he began his own publishing company in 1983 specializing in children’s books. Combined with his love of working with children enabled him to expand his business portfolio once again by opening two very successful day care centers in York region.

His career change took place after an inspiring event that happened one day, when his own long time RE/MAX agent decided to retire from the real estate business, as an appreciation for the endless support and referrals that Mehdi had provided to him, he handed him a card reading, “A man of your ability in Sales, Marketing and Negotiation should be selling real estate”, there was also a cheque attached to the card covering the tuitions for the OREA Real Estate College to entice Mehdi to pursue a career in real estate.

Mehdi was very fortunate to have started his real estate career with RE/MAX, where he was mentored and inspired by some of the best Realtors. With a thirst for knowledge and success, he went on to achieve his Broker status, which eventually allowed him to own and operate his own Brokerage concentrating and specializing in luxury homes, assemblies of land for future developments, building lots and investment properties.

For over 30 years Mehdi has had the privilege of assisting a wide range of families, executives, and high-profile clients find their ideal home and has had the opportunity to deal and negotiate with some of the top real estate agents in the GTA.

After years of working the central Toronto area, Mehdi made an entrepreneurial decision to focus most of his energy on the fast-growing York Region Market. He believes that this area can offer something for everyone, as they are some of the most prosperous communities in Ontario.

High ethics and discretion have contributed greatly to Mehdi’s success and have resulted in many referrals. He understands how important a Real Estate decision is to a family and believes working from the heart and offering your personal best should always be the main working policy.
